In a 50-minute Grade 12 Planning Session, we will:
review the requirements for each program application
talk about your experiences & accomplishments
discuss obstacles you’ve had to overcome
go over best practices and our Essay Planning tool
discuss how to draw meaningful experiences from your experience
give you confidence to write your application essays or video interviews
After this meeting, you’ll write a first draft of your essay, which we can help edit. For on-the-spot essays or interviews, you’ll prepare notes and we’ll do some practice runs.
As you prepare to write application essays or prepare for video interviews, remember that you’re not aiming for perfection — you want to share your experiences and who you are in a clear, concise way.
